I’m a Cruise Concierge and ASTA Verified Travel Advisor with Modern Travel Professionals, and for more than 10 years, I’ve been helping my clients turn vacation ideas into trips they can’t wait to take.

While I can help with many types of travel, my specialties are ocean and river cruises, all-inclusive vacations in Mexico and the Caribbean, European travel, and group vacations.

But there’s something else I think is just as important as the certifications and years of experience:

I travel. A lot.

My Travels Aren’t Just Vacations. They’re Research for Yours.

I believe firsthand experience makes me a better travel advisor.

That’s why you’ll regularly find me sailing on a cruise ship, touring resorts, exploring a destination or attending industry events and training. I’m paying attention to the things you won’t necessarily find in a brochure or online review.

What’s the beach really like? Is that upgraded room category worth the extra money? Which cruise line is best for a couple versus a multigenerational family? What’s the atmosphere like in the evening? Is that resort really as close to everything as the website makes it sound?

I’ve sailed dozens of ships across multiple cruise lines, experienced both ocean and river cruising, and personally toured resorts throughout Mexico and the Caribbean. I’ve also traveled throughout Europe, experienced guided tours, visited theme parks and continually seek out new destinations and travel styles.

Sometimes my firsthand experience confirms what the marketing says.

And sometimes it doesn’t.

Either way, that knowledge helps me give my clients better advice.

There isn’t one cruise line, resort or destination that’s perfect for everyone.

That’s one of the reasons I love what I do.

My job isn’t to tell you where I want to go. It’s to learn what matters to you and help narrow down the overwhelming number of choices.

Maybe you want a lively cruise ship with plenty to do. Maybe you’d rather unpack once and watch Europe pass by from a river cruise. Maybe you’re dreaming about an adults-only all-inclusive with a beautiful beach—or trying to find a resort that will keep three generations of your family happy.

We’ll talk about your priorities, travel style and budget, and I’ll use my professional and firsthand experience to help you find the right fit.

More Than Making a Reservation

Booking the cruise or resort is only one part of what I do.

Depending on your vacation, I can also help coordinate the pieces around it—including pre- and post-cruise hotels, transfers, tours and excursions, travel protection and other details that can make a big difference in your overall experience.

For more complex trips, including Europe and group travel, having someone looking at the entire vacation rather than just one reservation can be especially valuable.

And when questions come up along the way, you have a real person to ask.
